Arizona’s Children Association in Partnership

Pantano Behavioral Health Services
is a not-for-profit limited liability company formed by Arizona’s Children Association and Intermountain Center for Human Development to provide children’s services for behavioral health in Pima County.

Arizona’s Children Association has a significant interest in the $28 million operation.

The Southwest Network is a limited liability partnership owned equally by Arizona’s Children Association, Southwest Behavioral Health Services and Touchstone Community.

It is a Maricopa entity and had total revenues in 2009 of $85 million.

These companies are separately audited and statements can be provided upon request.
